  It started pretty well, warm welcome by a sweet lady, nice ambiance, peaceful place. We arrived around 8pm, just time to get a shower and dinner before they were closing the place at 10pm. We rushed and came back on time and sat in the lounge to talk (whisper) with my friend about tomorrow's plan when the man in charge came to us to tell us we had to go to sleep. I told him we were not tired and wanted to talk a bit. He said these were the rules (of which we were not aware of) I tried to negotiate but he changed his tone pretty quickly and told us to leave the albergue if we were not happy. (Yeah, of course, we are going to find a place to stay at 10 pm) As I was translating to my friend, he got very impatient and started talking loud (?!!!) So we surrendered. We went to the bathroom to brush our teeth and as my boy friend was waiting for me next to me before getting into the room, the man saw us in the ladies room ( door wild open and bathroom empty) and started being very rude because my friend was not supposed to be there and as we were trying to explain ourselves, the man said he would call the police !!?? Wow ! It was going way too far.

  In the morning, they put the light on at 6:15 am even if we could stay until 8am so we were out by 6:45 am trying to find our way in the dark.

  Also the "hospitalarios" are really wonderful people. So far, fist place that I sleep all night during the Camino. Thank you! Maria

  Maybe we just got unlucky but this was one of the worst experience in 2 months walking on the Camino and for my friend, it was his first experience in an albergue in Spain. I would unfortunately not recommend it
